Everything is good. Work pressure is slightly very high but it's ok for this reason company pay salary. Overall it's good.

How many Hard but not worth for gati, because if any promotion or salary increment is only for manager control. So many employers same feeling, how much years working but not increament for salary and promotion year by year only company growth increase but employee is not for economically down
