Working in Gateway is pretty much good from my end i did have work life balance in my case, but truly depends upon the project and project manager.

They should appreciate if someone is working really really good . Policy for leave, bonus is very unclear

- The team which I was working with, was really good and supportive. But this entirely depends on what team you're working with, in general. - Internal training program is there, but not much to expect.

...age working hours. That is 9 hours a day, excluding lunch/tea/washroom breaks. - You get your salary on the 7th/8th of every month. - Not much hike to expect. - You get to work on one project for years and years. No new learning.

...any, 4 are set on sat and sun. So You basically get only 4 holidays in a year Bonus is myth here. You won't get what they have committed, even if you are eligible for bonus, they will release after 3 months of appraisal cycle. So if you resign after appraisal you won't get bonus appraisal gets reverts if you resign after six months of appraisal. So in F n F they will deduct the appraisal amount. Taking more than one leave in a month may affect your appraisal.
