There are so much politics at higher management level. Dedicated employees are also suffering to get promoted. Not getting appreciation from reporting head even though client is satisfied with the work. Need to change employee specific policies.

Management issues no clear goal of future. Lots of politics in management level, no proper process for work, salary structure is very poor because company to bond you every 6 months by increasing some percentage. There is a bond of 1yr and services aggreement is 1laks INR and 3 months of notice period mandator Non negotiable.
