• The company was nice good pay/ accommodations and transportation. • The Owner was nice too • The staff at ground level were nice and hard working.

Dislikes

• There is Discrimination Against Black & white, body shape, pretty face or not. • There isn’t professionalism company operations director Louay and operations manager Mayank nanda is having affairs with restaurants hostesses. • B+F Assistant Manager and is making out with hostess in staff lockeroom. • Operations director promoting woman’s who he can have for himself. • HR does not escalate the issue themself but Obey operations director. Even after knowing the truth. They support the management is if they are wrong and misbehaving with staff. I gave 6 years of my life to Gastronomica. I worked hard with honestly but unfortunately that’s not required but all they require woman’s to be flexible with there requirements. There is lot to share what I have been through what humiliation I have been though. That I can’t even write.

Handling different kind of people with different aspects and behaviour is something I enjoy.

Sometimes there are differences between different nationalities. People don’t see your good side but focus on finding negativities.

Company is very good but there is all south indian people, if you are south indian then this company is very good for you but for north indians please please don't go in this company you will cry whole year. Thanks
