The organization works like a well-oiled machine with everyone aware of their roles and tasks and projects are optimised, thus there is no need to overwork the employees.

Gartner is the one of the best pay masters with uncapped incentives. If you are an overachiever the quantum of money you can get is huge. The office space is very good, you get free meals with other perks. Workwise you get to interact with top notch professionals within and outside Gartner.

Dislikes

Too much office politics. Hazy sales policies, cut throat competition. In the MSE segment, the sales managers will do things to pull you down, and they love gossiping about your personal and professional aspects.
