...everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. Last and definitely not the least, is the work life balance, no over-work after work hours, no hassle in taking leaves, be it casual, sick or paid. The organization works like a well-oiled machine with everyone aware of their roles and tasks and projects are optimised, thus there is no need to overwork the employees.

Nothing to dislike. Period.

...its for employees. Found the company great for someone who has family /kids etc. Can settle down here for a long time if the salary is given as per your choice. No strict deadlines and everyone is friendly

Not much exposure to other technologies. Not much travel. Little bit politics present in upper management.

Company policies are good, you get ample time off and have access to great research resources.

Dislikes

The compensation is below average and no straight forward visibility into what's required to get promoted. Management doesn't walk the talk when it comes to work life balance.
