Job security and work life balance(due to work from home). It's good if you want to do mundane work 5 days a week and don't want to bother yourself for rest 2 days

Pay is below standard. Lots of politics in service operations. You can join if you want to pursue a side hustle but not recommended for growth and good compensation.

Compensation- they need to work across the packages they offer for people with good years of experience. Need to revise packages according to the market standards

Strong leadership, clear vision, impact on clients is phenomenal. Exposure that Gartner gives is unparalleled. Work life balance, flexibility, being in control of ones own schedule is one of the best I've seen.

Dislikes

Promotion process is opaque, no market correction, compensation is low as compared to industry standards or even with newer peers. Unfortunately this is why analysts leave the role.

Work-life balance is great. If you are in a good team, you can be at your productive best. Recent office facility is swanky.

...e you finish, they have a templatized, management-driven answer ready for you. c) Poor compensation. Laughable is that they simply deny that their competitors are giving better compensation than them, Gartner is bleeding talent. My team has seen an attrition like never before, and most of the intelligent ones have made their move already. Interestingly, both HR and senior leadership is in denial mode.

Senior Management needs more open dialogue down the ladder, a better dynamic work environment would be motivating, proper recognition needs to be improved.
