Being associated with GAO Tek Inc. as an HR intern, has given me the opportunity to develop the basic skills that are required for Recruitment and also has given me the opportunity to understand the Recruitment and Talent acquisition process as a whole. The organisation appreciated my work and hence, I was promoted to the HR team lead for India, during the internship.

Dislikes

.... Is only an average company and only good to develop and gain basic experience. The salary slab fir the company is hardly enough to even survive. I would not recommend the company for a full time career and as a matter of fact, the opportunity for a full time career here is hardly 0.5%. If you wish to learn the basics of your field, you may opt for this company, but definitely not a full time career. The management is not very good here and the major drawback being, the company provides UNPAID INTERNSHIPS.

Likes

I like the feedback the managers, ASL and SL give me about my job performance. Otherwise, I like that I'll receive three certificates when I'll finish my internship.

Dislikes

...n candidates before I finish my internship. That goal is difficult to carry out. Also, I'm disappointed and start to being demotivated because I don't get any salary and I'm doing a lot of tasks in the internship. Finally, I don't think I'm learning something new in this internship, in addition to some courses that I have taken at another time before this internship.

I like this company has methods to work and does efficient organization management so you feel there isn´t any problem besides the ones to achieve objetives. This company is very mature in management

Dislikes

Maybe I don´t like that there isn´t any economical compensation or coupons. I think that´s the only issue where it would make it more interesting, however there is not any toxic pressure and you learn in the internship
