Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

They are money addicted they fix your CTC after resigning they will deduct your whole salary and never felt like that everyone is ready for arguments

Middle management suck. Poor management handling. No role of HR. Mini plant cement. (every year they changed their brand name) they faurd to channel partners & dealers. Everything is suck don't waste your valuable time and efforts. stay away from him. they present he is a market leader but his condition in the market is horrible. Most channel partners are not interested within their business. so called RM is top level faurd. RM does not give channel partners schemes. everything is suck in this company.
