Worst company ,don't give salary at time . It will give salary of one month after sixth month. Worst accomodation facility Monopoly of accounts and HR department. Engineers have no value in this company.

...to learn for fresher's and inspection of sleeper testing the sleeper with sbt.. It's very good company but in rayagada the salary is average of freshers n contract basis.

I am junior and my co worker are senior they are very kind and supportive.. They teach me how to behave with labours and manager's

It's a very good platform for learning and utilization of employee's skills.

I dislike It's increment culture, Only reference and relative employees are increased salary, company does not think about hard & smart working employees.

Nothing to like. It is a company where you will find many types of fraud peoples (chor). Every higher post people's are chor, they just know put the money into his pocket. No one will help you even company's ceo.

1. Salary delay by at least 4-5 months and you have to pay meal money by own. 2. There is no set time to go to the room. Depends on DGM's mind. 3. If you are a family man or a fresher then according to me GDCL is not for you. Because you have to work by borrowing money from someone. 4. Even you laborer, cook, driver or from the office boy you can heard bad words or beaten for money. 5. Increment is maximum 1000/- 6. Even if you leave the company, you forget your money. You will never get that due money.
