Gandhi is good for their old employees not for new one due to worst culture followed by senior management.

...where engineers treated like labour's & labour also not respect their engineer. Your salary decide on your relation with your manager there is no respect for your skills. They are not allow you to work with competitors by signing the bonds etc. means your knowledge is useless after leaving this organization that means there is no scope in market for you. You can see there many engineer having experience more than 10 year. They unable to finding another job which is best examples for you. It is enough to say if you want experience it then go with gandhi.

1. Not good for employees working on field. 2. Lack of professionalism. 3. Surprisingly need to work forcefully on weekly off's.

Salary on time, job security, on time increment it's depends upon you are performance..

Leave policy poor. There's no causal and sick leaves, company give 1.5 leave per month after it's over, leave applied on LOP. I'm field service engineer so there are no particular timings, you should always be in ready. And take the decisions suddenly to send the engineer one state to another state. In field workers are illiterates and they hire the workers technicians without basic education and Industrial manners. They always working on experience. They no give the respect for own company engineers and other company staff.

Worked as management trainee for 4 months , as a fresh mechanical engineer the in hand salary was 15000 which was good compared to other private Ltd companies , the work load however was very high. Saturday is supposed to be a half day but the company makes you work almost the whole day citing extra work. There’s also extreme surveillance of employees for some reason ie cameras and voice recorders everywhere(there are voice recorders in the toilet!). You also can’t attend phone calls while you are in office phones have to be switched off when you enter the office. It feels like a prison overall.

Dislikes

Short lunch break , extreme surveillance and strict illogical rules.
