...leave in large numbers. Always dozens of vacancies because torture of employees. Salary will be put on hold for silly reason. Extreme hire and fire culture. If you join maximum tenure will be three months. Bad work culture, resistance to change, HR policies which are totally one sided, exploitative and not employee friendly at all.. It is worst kind of dictatorship like North Korea. Once you join you are trapped. They will force you to sign three years bond and host of illegal documents after joining. Don't join Gandhi unless it is the last option. Do not trust reviews on glass door, reality is very different

Worked as A Regional Sales Manager. You need to work as a Robot. There is no work culture nor work life balance. You are tracked on the field with a tracker and report to Headcquarters even if you take a leak. The Quarterly review is only name sake. No feedback is taken by the management and the directors falsely promise growth for the employees. Appraisals are nil.

...arent usually lie and dispute on daily incentives on outstation travel expenaes. Also cut off salary with on frivolous reasons with daily reports. They did not give me PF account details till date even after follow up to the HR head multiple times. No health nor accidental insurance benefits even when you travel on field everyday and outstation travels

If you are looking for personal growth with professional growth. If you are looking for work life balance. Then gandhi Automation is not for you.

Gandhi is good for their old employees not for new one due to worst culture followed by senior management.

...where engineers treated like labour's & labour also not respect their engineer. Your salary decide on your relation with your manager there is no respect for your skills. They are not allow you to work with competitors by signing the bonds etc. means your knowledge is useless after leaving this organization that means there is no scope in market for you. You can see there many engineer having experience more than 10 year. They unable to finding another job which is best examples for you. It is enough to say if you want experience it then go with gandhi.

Think 200 times before joining. No respect for employees. This is a gujarati version of East India company. Leave policy is rubbish. they will put salary on hold after joining. Employees have died due to non stop mental torture by management, still they wont change. All positive reviews on glassdoor and ambitionbox are fake. Hire and fire culture at extreme levels. No job security. HR policies need to be kept in the museum
