...ice management is not good. 2. HR department is very poor and irresponsible. 3. I resigned company due to irregular salary problem. ( Always 6 month late) 4. Till date company not paid my 9 month salary. ( i. e. 7 lakh) 5. HR department not give me Gratuity details ( i. e. 3 lakh) 6. HO people not give any reply of mail, not receive any call. 7. Every person who leaves the company is treated in the same manner and is not given any kind of full and final amount.

Good culture and provides good opportunity to learn and to explore oneself with immense responsibilities.

Dislikes

Career growth is limited. Salary and compensation are a bit less for a dedicated and hardworking employee.

I have been working with Gammon for 4 years from 2011 to 2015.C I think this company has been taken over by a company. Once this company was a well-known company in india for its remarkable projects. After the downfall the company suffered heavy losses in almost all projects. I had a pretty good time in company.

Delay in salary. No benefits No promotion No increment

This is a very good place to learn and lead a team, there is many chance to work every where independently. Junior -senior bonding / all are friendly. I worked at kolkata metro project. Work culture good.

Dislikes

There is no job guarantee, salary not confirm when will credit your account. 4,6 months delay in salary. Lots of pressure. Senior management direct contact to labour, supervisor, no value to engineer.

Till 2017 the company was very good. There was freedom of work here.

Dislikes

Salary is very low, no appraisal and increment, salary not pay timely. HR is very faltoo. It's been three years since I left the company, still 10 months salary has not been paid. Does not give any reply.
