...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not so good, appraisals are not fair and they give not so good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is delay always like 3/4 months delay and also everything like confirmation, clearance etc is too much delay due to top management ignorance on employee. PF not deposited for more than 1.5 years but it is cutted from Salary. There is no increment after submission of appraisal. You can get very less increment after 2 years or 3 years. But you learn lot of work activities.
