No job security. They unnecessarily Target and fire you No work life balance. How much ever you work, it's never enough for them. Management changed and they made evryone's life hell

There are many perks like health insurance, term insurance, free lunch and evening snacks so you don't have to worry about the food. The scale is really good and you will have to handle the devops also you will learn those things as well.

Dislikes

Company culture has changed after the GST changes for real money gaming. Like health insurance amount has decreased by half and many other cost cutting measures are being taken but everyone is concerned about the looming danger of firing. Also culture is not being same as it was earlier. Many times you have to work on weekend to meet the deadline.

Dislikes

GK is a startup that makes a LOT of money (so the salary, perks, and benefits are great). Unfortunately, the company lacks the ability to satisfy its employees' actual needs - work-life balance, job satisfaction, job security, etc. The Leadership team seems to be mostly disengaged with the employee engagement initiatives and that lack of interest becomes evident. There's lack of transperancy and proper communication across the organisation.

Company was very good, everything comes on time, salary and benefits are good.

Dislikes

No job security if u are from support team, maintain ur mind set as slave them this job is perfect for you, if u ask any questions then they will terminate you without reason. Team management will never understand and help u in pramotion, worst team leaders and manager. Lot of employees resigned for this reason.

Dislikes

There was no career growth, and the work environment was extremely demanding. I was often required to work for more than 24 hours straight, especially during TDS and GST changes, with no regard for employee well-being. The management showed little concern for the employees, and even minor mistakes were met with harsh consequences, often citing legal and compliance policies as a means to justify their actions. The HR team was unreliable and deceptive, making false promises that were never fulfilled. They created a culture where certain departments were treated like VIPs, while the customer support team was regarded as inferior. Overall, the company failed to uphold the values of a good employer.
