Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There no job security, CFO is come any time he said or speak to the manager employw is not at and etc, or inbox bolder Kaleb so na aye work culture zero, purane bande apbi chalate hai , management is poor , company policies not fix , company policies daily change hoti hai .

No responsible person to make you encourage with your work ..manager goes personally with you for everything don't like any one going a high post in the same showroom

Company is good but some time to required for proper establishment in term of proper working in inline process of sales, service and after sales service .

Dislikes

Nothing but it is lack of proper man management in organisation.
