Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Culture is very corrupt. Top management have no idea what they are doing. You'll feel like you're in school. They'll deduct 0.25 leave if you even arrive 01 minute late. They'll deduct 0.25 if They'll not find you at your desk for more than 10 minutes. Only leave they officially close are Republic day, Independence day, Gandhi Jayanti, Holi and Diwali. No medical benefits. No earned leaves. People Will always find reasons to blame something on you. Employees keep chewing gutka and tobacco in office frequently. One man show, influenced by few buttering boss puppies.
