People those are not educated, working from more than 15 years. Just because this company was situated nearby their residence. So this company better for those whose solitary motive is to survive and feed their family.

Dislikes

Most worst thing about Galio was, their salary distribution. They tell you something else on the joining time and gives you huge deducted amount. I'm completely dissatisfied with their salary distribution structure. Secondly management don't know about what sort of work they need to give us. Most of the time they used to give us different tasks apart from our designation. For instance I'm SEO executive there but I've to handle customer calls, orders on various online platform, writing content and so on. Hence I quitted my job in frustration.
