There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is average and career growth is very slow.

Galfar is one of the largest construction company in Oman, Has been in existence for more than 45 years and is undoubtedly the market leader in the construction industry. Has well established systems and procedures and safety of employees is always the priority. Has no compromise on quality of job and performance is unparallel with any competitor. Separate quarantine camps has been established with adequate medical facility to take care of employees infected with COVID. Extreme cases has been admitted to hospitals. Shift working, working away from office, daily body temperature checks, office sanitation etc .. has been set up. Top management is highly committed to take care of employees.

Dislikes

Yearly appraisals and review of compensation remains week. Being a big organization you need to be a high performer to get noticed.

Dear Sir, I was working with Galfar Almisnad, the best part is free food and accommodation with salary on time. I would like to be a part of Galfar again and now I am looking job opportunity for Document Controller Position with Galfar.

Galfar al misnad manegement is good and job and life security very good, work culture and management are very helpful and enjoying, company policies is some in government ànd very excellent.. and gyms, sports and ather activity some good saport in galfar team.. company give salary time to time and good salary packege and every year give good bonce ... Plz any vacant in my post plz contect my mail ...

Harassment to employees Poor work culture Poor Management CEO & his blind followers unable to understand the basics of construction & how to control & assign works. Continuous transfers excluding management relatives. No increment to right candidate only to relatives employees. Only HO Management getting higher increment Don’t waste your precious time working to this kind of poor management companies.
