...ls.. HR policies are also good..Travel , Canteen facilities provided my company.Salary is on time no any dealt in that. Yes, overall life balance is good as weekly off is Saturday and Sunday. Office time is also flexible..as few cases you can do work from home also. Company have diversification in product and process..main supply of parts to auto and industrial OEM..

I have worked at GALA Precision Engg. Ltd for six years. The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm regularly exposed to new challenges, which help me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment at my workplace.

...so I never paid much attention to what I dislike. I just focused on what I love. However, I do dislike that we often work overtime without adequate compensation.

Good supporting colleagues Responsibilties are given at early stage which helps individual to develop.

... done for few senior managers. Just because they know they will not go anywhere. Also once your salary will increase they start searching new employee with lesser salary to just save few bucks. For slight downfall in market/ economy they will deduct/ stop increament. Inspite of thier sales growth more than 50% yearly. I worked in almost 4-5 companies but joining this company was my worst decision. So I would not recommend anyone unless. If someone wants to joins don't trust them and check every line of thier policies and be specific for your requirement before joining. Else you will be in trouble while leaving the company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Huge working pressure, daily late working , unbalancing in personnal life, low salary increments, Undescipline on shop floor.
