Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Independent work environment open space to complete assigned work

Dislikes

Most of the department enjoy there hybrid model work environment but some department coming Mon to Fri office Salary and promotion not giving timely, but 5-6 people in this organization taking salary advance, arrear, promotion timely who is very close to Management some people in this organization using their junior very bad manner some people enjoying coming office at lunch hour and going at 6pm full enjoy some family also going 4-5 time outside office to enjoy Pan masala, guthka, cig.. etc There is no proper way to track their employee in and out time some most of the old employees they are doing their inside business because they dont have any assignment and working from home lumpsump aftlatooon men and others
