Work culture is not good. This company is only for TAMIL people. They treat you like slave . Managers do not even response to our queries.

No hike, No appreciations, nothing is good here. once again i m saying tamil managers are so irresponsible and they do not respect Karnataka and other state people.

Bad HR policy, this is not employee friendly company. Manager decide everything.if the manager don't like you he will throw you out. Please don't join Advanced analytics teams. Manager Siddhartha Roy. He is not a human he is behave like an animal.

HR policies are not employee oriented. Unstable employment or no job security or you are aligned with them. Lack of operational tools and templates. May risk your career!

If you want to upskill in your life after joining gainwell you need to do it by yourself and most of the people are from Chennai so there will be discrimination among the seniors to juniors

I have faced massive problem while leaving this organization. The Company is using the extremely old legacy systems and every employee is expected to work on that and even employees are overburdend with too much work but too little pay.
