...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No question of dislike. However some how middle management not rating as per employee knowledge and their main motivation polishing but higher management is excellent

Team work un our field and good support our incharge. Managemet also good in all over gail and salary no delay in every month. Health insurance provide company. timely medical and check up our helth .

Dislikes

This job our no promotion in future because im not on role in gail . Salary growth vary slow.
