... is extremely toxic. 2) People like to Gossip irrespective of their department. 3) Major Salary issues delayed by over 15 to 25 Days 4) Incentives don't get released 5) Projects are delayed 6) No Process or systems in Place 7) Management knows everything and yet does not act towards right decisions 8) Sales, CRM, Accounts, Marketing everything is messed up 9) Channel Partner Payments are delayed by almost 1.6 Years 10) Vendor Payments are delayed by 1 Year and above. Bad staff , salary never happens on time,they fire employee without any notice, unprofessional HR Neelam,lots off salary issue and last salary they never disbursed.and end of the movement HR and Sales VP doing politics with employees,each and every is fraud in this company.....

Team work is good. Salary apprisal is depends upon performance. Yearly get together trip is arranged by company at out of company.

Design and development head Ar pallavi bidwalkar & Hr Neelam Sodhi both they are worst for people management very toxic environment. They torture you mentally due to which u loose your confidence to work. They play game with people which they dislike and plan to remove them from office and force to give resign.management it self don’t look in to the matters.

Poor working management. Absolutely no job security. No compensation if terminated. Immediate termination. Nontechnical interference in technical matter. Higher management is highly Nontechnical. Etc.. Etc...
