GABRIEL is not just a company, it's makes me feel like a family. I have learn more think in my company. My Coordinators are very friendly and they always help me to learn more. GABRIEL celebrate all employees Birthday with cutting cakes all Top Management's people are join us to celebrate. They arrange Trainings for us. They arrange Sports day for as. Our all employees are participate with as, including our Plant Head. I really enjoy my job in GABRIEL.

Dislikes

In GABRIEL I really disappointed with salary. There is no increments, I work with that company around 2.3 years but my salary is fixed and I can't survive there with my salary.

...safety very carefully. 5s management is top class. Working place is excellent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Supportive teammates and the management is transparent.

As such nothing but as a trainee a lot of hard work to gain skill and sometimes having load.

The good part is compensation which is provided but there is inadequate manpower to meet the expectations of management

Job insecurity behaviour among senior management. High expectations but low support. No work life balance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Average... Although there is lot of things for learning. But pay scale as compare to other companies and your work experience is too less. Less growth opportunities & hard criterias to grow up even to have an increment of 2K .
