... a amount of 75k from his payable of 1 lac at a site. Instead of paying him 75k. They hold the amount, hold my salary and after removing me from the concerned groups, blocking my no. blocking my E mail Id. They paid sub contractor 3 lac rupees after few days without any valid ledger this shows their stupidity and just to satisfy their ego. The Director of this company is Short Tempered person. He Generally Abuses his staff, vendors and clients/customers. (I witnessed a lot during my tenure here). Many Ex GTI. vendors, sub contractors filed cases against them for recovery of their dues and a lot of complaints on them. I Formed a WhatsApp group of near 55 Ex GTI Engineers, supervisors, Project Managers, HR Managers, COO Rank People, Production Managers, Factory staff (the list is keep increasing) who got harassed by Director of GTI And are victims of Wrongful termination/discontinuation from JOB They all are going to file complaints to concerned departments. (SS Attached :- Experiences of Ex staff and a lot more to come. Voice notes which are unable to be shared here in which Director is firing staff just because telling him Company's lacking's or without any reason.) And soon we all are going to complaint against this company in Ministry of Corporate affairs. Ministry of HRD and To Prime minister of India to scrutinize the acts of this company, spoiling career of Hundreds of Professionals and we all are also going to write to PMO to audit this company including Their Factory in Himachal where 100s of manpower are working illegally. Remarks/Advice :- To Career seekers:- Choose Life instead of GTIPL, They Doesn't Hesitate to remove/fire/terminate or abuse their associates and spoils career in few seconds without any fault. It doesn't matter how much loyal you are for the company So , Please Be Aware. To customers/clients/vendors/investor :- They might have grown till now if they have loyal employees left, but most of the staff working here now is under skilled, Disloyal, Non Technical and They are hollowing the company from within day by day. And director of this company have nothing to do with this, He is just looking for more and more funds from market. Thanks All.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I have worked in this company for almost 2 years which I regret. I gave my resignation twice during my tenure but MD always retained me increasing the salary. 1) Bad management 2) MD is a short tempered man 3) No rules and regulations. 4) Office is more like a godown but thats ok 5) if you want to work as a employee or contractor i would say please go to this firm. After reading this reviews if you still believe that i am wrong please join the firm work as much as you can and i bet you will be the next one to come here and write a review to help save others from this place. Hope this helps.

Atmosphere of fear about security of job and salary , in my case I have submitted my one month notice and my last working day was 14th Feb 2020 but till the date I have not received my full and final amount.

Working with Gabion technologies is such a wonderful experience. I worked for around 1.5 years and management is very supportive and helpful. Huge respect for my team who worked so hard to complete the projects in given time.
