...e the company within bond period, be it medical or anything unless you are dead. You will have to pay them the bond amount. And if you abscond there lawyer will send court notices and threaten you to pay the sum also they will deliberately cash in that cheque which will ultimately get bounced ,and they will use this to threaten you as well as cheque bounce is a criminal offence. They say that they will give you training but those trainings are basic security, windows Server, OS DBMS training and the time is so less as to clear the exam you only have to mug up, no other way. Coming to the work culture part,it is total shit. As most of the people working the company might have very little knowledge and people who do have knowledge and experience will never share those learnings to juniors. So, if are thinking to learn from seniors, that's not gonna happen. Also they will mention that within 6 months you will be getting permanent but they will keep on extending it for about an year irrespective of you performance or knowledge. Irrespective of your performance they will put you into support role. There work hours are of 10-11 hours and for the people who are working in support team 12 hrs of shift is there . And just to make people fool they have put up a notice board where work timings written, but it is not being followed. Other than Support team if you are working extra hours you will get no bonus or incentive . Taking about the infra it is good but the people working there are demoralizing as I never saw a single person who was happy to work there. If you are joining as a fresher, my suggestions will be to look for other company. And if you still want to join just keep in mind that they will be taking a blank cheque from you will be used in future to threaten you and torture you. And if you still want to join. Best of Luck 👍

First of that people are not helping during the covid time it's a worst company I could never ever join to that company

Dislikes

The assistant manager was not good. there is no decipline first of all, and they won't credit our salary time to time, what we were getting salary, even in that also they will deduct TDS but I dont no on what basics they are dedicating TDS on monthly basis. Because my salary was only 10k but as per the govt rule. Annual income if above 2.5laks then only they have to deduct TDS. But they are cheating for employees
