Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .

There is only one good thing in the service like getting salary on time. Time to time is duty. ESI PF benefits are also good. It also has CL PL emergency leave and all this.

Dislikes

Management is not good like if I am rejoining they say something at that time like your certificate is not correct or your height is not correct then all these problems are happening when we have already done duty in G4S.
