Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .

Poor Salary increament. Every times the company increses so less ammount which is not upto mark. And another thing is there has not support and benefits for old senior secirity personals. Very poor operation personals.

...hicked upto 1000.00 after PF scam news burst. We get our bonuses also very less. Because they divide our salary in multiple halfs. Basic, HRA Washing allowance. For PF and ESI only Basic salary is taken into consideration. And whenever someone continue the shift because his reliever wasnt turned out for duty, He gets paid for working extra hours only. But as per labour act the person should get the double amount for OT hours. Which we dont get. Actually no one in the security companies following this rule. And continue shift person have to make his own arrangements for food. And during festivals most of the security staff end up performing 3 shifts. Same applies.

We get paid very less. Not even the 50% of amount which the G4S quote from the client.

Firstly i like to the training period of g4s, its very gud to study to the secuity and her duties and responsibilities afterall get gud study of hoe to protect the peopole and enviornment and also get to study about safety measuers included in security field.. after the training i got the duty in supermarket its experience iw very gud.. 12 hours standing duty its very tough in my life after i like to see more people and her experience and i catch some thiefs from there...

I like that company but i didnt get much salary.. 12 hours duty time but salary is not gud...our duty time is 12 hours and also we didnt get weekly off thatswhy we r very tired so i dislike this
