Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

...environment is negative. 7. If you miss marking attendance on portal in advance. Your salary will be deducted and if you do not want that, take approval from India head. He's a control freak. 8. There are no employee benefits. Even during covid times, we were asked to come to office after the first lock down. 9. No work from home policy under any circumatances. 10. If you want WFH, you can apply leave amd work. 11. They are not ashamed on cutting salaries of employee. 12. There attrition rate of indirect staff (security guards come under direct staff) is above 30% I can write a book on dislikes. I will not recommend this place to my friends. Let this be your last option.

The work life balance is good and they pay good.

Dislikes

The company's HR policies are really bad. They do not follow global policies. The entire rules of the organization are managed by one person without giving importance for employees. Currently the top management has changed and they are completely un-professional.

I Worked with This company G4S and their salary is too poor, although I acquired security still after working for complete 10 years they refuse to pay us our gratuity till today, some of my college dead through heart attack but thank God some of us is still alive. The company is a demons.
