There no experience base payments.G4S gives the payment fresher and experienced also same salary.

...hicked upto 1000.00 after PF scam news burst. We get our bonuses also very less. Because they divide our salary in multiple halfs. Basic, HRA Washing allowance. For PF and ESI only Basic salary is taken into consideration. And whenever someone continue the shift because his reliever wasnt turned out for duty, He gets paid for working extra hours only. But as per labour act the person should get the double amount for OT hours. Which we dont get. Actually no one in the security companies following this rule. And continue shift person have to make his own arrangements for food. And during festivals most of the security staff end up performing 3 shifts. Same applies.

We get paid very less. Not even the 50% of amount which the G4S quote from the client.

Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .
