Salary paid in the time & learn a lot of new things

We are expecting salary since 3 yeras but till date no salary not hike to every G4S employees. New Joiner is coming more than double salary as compare with us. Due to this every person is in depress mode and no one take interest while performing their role. We are facing financial problem due to this. As compare with all others companies employees salary are hiking every year with other benefit.

At present days there is nothing left to be liked other than it's MNC flavour.

Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

Only payment they will pay every month 7th nothing else good also I can recommend they provide good training to the team.

We are really not having any job security in G4S No HR are helping anything even they will not call employee to understand their issues and situation or ask for feedback about their roles in their tenure, I am really so upset with this procedure, I don't know whether I had made any big mistake asking for salary hike and without any notice they througn out from senior position.

The country head get all benefits and others are forced to work like donkeys. All benefits , luxuries, amenities are applicable only for coutnry head , including yearly bonus , incentive, salary increment , others will get BIG ZERO

Only satisfaction is that company paying salary on 1st day of the following month.

...very inconsistent policies-changes frequently. Non supportive senior management. Forcefully deduct money from employees' salary, which is most unethical practice of the company.
