Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The salary timing is good . They will not hold or deduct your salary.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very bad, everyone join & due to high work pressure they ran away within amonth . No policies were followed or parameters maintained, just some employee suck the boot of the boss to get promoted or stay in this company forever without doing anything. No training at all you have to know everything by your own, if you wanna ask someone to get help they didn't borthered about it .

Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.

Dislikes

...no recognition and no support. Unrealistic expectations and threatning language. Salary issues and conveyance not paid on time.
