Its a good company for all who wants to live in a comfort zone. Company provides a healthy work life balance but he pay structure is very bad at least for existing employees. Otherwise company is good, one can feel complete job security.

Company is a good paymaster. They pay salary and other dues within due dates. They pay fairly as per your destination.

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

Company has become now men driven company instead of policy driven. The work culture has become pethatic now. There is no job security and job satisfaction at all.

Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.

Dislikes

...no recognition and no support. Unrealistic expectations and threatning language. Salary issues and conveyance not paid on time.
