work life balance : there is no work life balance salary : 5 month salary pending No pf was paid form April 2024, no salary slip since April 2024 your hard work money you have to ask like begger for salary promotion : its average if only your leaving this job Job security : hahahah..... Skill development : company need skill development Work satisfaction : you will not Work satisfaction but they get Work satisfaction while you whole night and work next day aslo Company culture : No value

working on different projects and technologies and getting full freedom and support

This company is best for beginner but would not say same for once you become experienced. most of the time there is work pressure but I never complain and usually don't get compensate for that. people move on once they get experienced and so lack of experience developer here

The company is readily adopting the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable and has flexibility to work any time. Very supportive manager and have a good work policy.

Dislikes

Only thing I didn't like is that I feel the communication gap between developer and the manager
