This my first and worst company to joined. During the joining they are commenting your selery will be incremented after six month. When six months completed they are saying as per our company policy we are only incrementing selery after 1 year. When 1 year completed then they sey we are still discussing with management. Where I am working XYZ company they are paying 31k to G square and G square will be paying me 12k to 14k.

This is the Worst company I have ever worked with. Never trust the HR team, they all are not responsive and unprofessional, never inform you professionally. Don't take a risk think twice before joining there I'm sharing my personal experience.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
