Too much politics, promotion dependent on buttering,and favouriteism, company management and co HR try to improve site employee facility but site HR worst , thay only trited only some staff like manage and above.

❌ Pressurised by site management to work on Sundays whereas it's official non working day. ❌Common toilets in a block ❌Long working hours ❌Target & quality pressure at a time.

... given in the beginning of every month. And Engineers do their work accordingly. Salary is on time. And all other facilities are good.

...would like to add. No care is taken for Employees food. Food is not good here. Because the Fooding is free of cost other than salary , the quality is very poor. I request if any GR personnel see my review please take action on this. 🙏
