Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...atings, experience and work environment is entirely different at project site. The company pays salary on time. Leaves are as per industry standard. At sites employee work 6 days a week and in corporate office all Sunday are weekly off and alternate Saturday's are weekly off. These could be a very good company if you are lucky.

1. No job security. 2. They hire staff from good company & ruin the carrier, by send them on long leave which is never ending. 3. Any time company can fire you, because they have chamcha on site, if your relationship with that chamcha is not good than your job will be in danger, that chamcha can be a driver, cook, store helper, office boy or any other generally not technical person. 4. During rainy season 80% staff they send on leave. 5. So if your are in good company don't join GR Infraprojects Ltd. 6. Road ka kaam krti hai, road chaap jaisa management bhi hai, over no humanity, no moral values.
