...here was very much helpful.. But no job security..private school in rural area..so the salary was quite low with no benefits..Management once in six months arrange meeting with the staff..

no opinion were heard by principal..no work interest of managememt for betterment of teachers...school is going on with a thinking that with rote learning 2or 3 students score 90 percent...and that is enough..but the concept building is not focused.. senior faculty thinks primary teachers dont teach well in junior classes thats why child face problem in higher classes..that is bullsh*t.. and they actually pass the students even if they fail in class 8th again again in retest.. admission test are just show off
