Actually the work environment was pretty good..everyone was helpful and all teachers are trying best to give to the students...but it only fulfills the basic objective of education. The cordinator there was very much helpful.. But no job security..private school in rural area..so the salary was quite low with no benefits..Management once in six months arrange meeting with the staff..

no opinion were heard by principal..no work interest of managememt for betterment of teachers...school is going on with a thinking that with rote learning 2or 3 students score 90 percent...and that is enough..but the concept building is not focused.. senior faculty thinks primary teachers dont teach well in junior classes thats whychild face problem in higher classes..that is bullsh*t.. and they actually pass the students even if they fail in class 8th again again in retest.. admission test are just show off...Read More

Work Details

average as i wanted to grow i had to do it on my own..the culture there was easy going...no cbse training were held...obviously favouritism..only two three teachers were working according to the management else all were time pass..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
