You can see vp level people running on floor as if they are school kids.

...ior frequently or they will label you for attitude. No one has any common sense. Fake awards, fake certificates, strict hours punching or they deduct salary, no training, if you are better then your manager then manager will not leave any stone unturned to get you terminated. Males behave as if they have never seen any female. Females behave as if there is no world beyond cheap gossiping. It is not a company, it is a cheap zoo, where both founders remain unavailable to listen and third founder who is now an employee, behaves as if he knows all about everyone and will advise other two founders too, based upon his disgusting way of looking at females. HR is made to work like ponies and listen badly, to other people even if it is their mistake for not giving proper hiring requirements and even if they have themselves interviewed people. One year bond forces you to work in a suffocating environment, but if they are not happy with any hiring, then one year bond is terminated suddenly, without paying off to the new hire. They have lied a lot to get their recent funding and involved me also in their lies. Everything is against my principles. Management is never happy about any hiring but they don't want to train the other person either, despite of low package comparatively. No flexibility during covid, in-fact they fired and made me visit office despite of restrictions. Hire and fire is the trend, no job security for people who are not cheapsters or who can not work like ponies. You will find out frequent job openings from this company as they are never satisfied with any new hire. Never bring your wife to work, if you work here. She will be scanned in shameless way, by multiple with eyes. If you work in this firm that only means that you are the chosen one for torture in hell.

Ridiculous work expectations with even worse timelines. You are asked to create some 40 plus highly detailed slides for a visual sb of a level 3 course in a day, EVERY day. Their estimates dont account for content analysis and basically you’ll be pulled for being slack when actually the problem is their work ethics. Join them only if you want no personal life and would be ok working for at least 13-14 hours every day only to be battered again.
