Good location and nothing as such in the likes section. Message to management: You need to take care of your employees. Train your HR executive

...your face and play behind your back. - No proper HRMS system being a IT company. - Average salary hike is 10-12 percent and max 20 if you have full ratings. - HRs are un-professional here, senior HR lead guy is bad in communicating and management puppet, he needs to groom himself and Lear HR total noob. Non-professional, will watch on your work time, not take your side, etc. - Till the date of joining they will not provide you an offer letter with the fear that the joinee may not show up. - They can expel you anytime they want without any prior notice. - you cannot raise voice against any senior for their bad bebehaviourf done you will be expelled as they will create your bad image. - The salary date is 10th of every month. - There not a single festive celebration nor RnR. - Frequent layoff is there if any project is lost.

Good location, easy to crack interview as interviewer don't have enough knowledge.

...a company where everything work according to one's personal interest and choice. Salary is credited after 8th of every month. Less knowledgeable person who wouldn't get a job anywhere are leading the team. Hikes are very less and its on the basis of incapable tls authority who acknowledge only sycophancy. No Job security any time HR can come and ask to put down the paper. In short ruin your career by joining toxic work place where people with zero ability survives.

...e is between best and outstanding, you can get up to 40% or more hike at a time. CTC structure is more employee friendly where you can save more tax and can get a good in hand salary.

They hire you on a big salary package then with any irrelevant reasons they ask you to leave. But when you refuse to give up and ask for the source of such irrelevant reasons.. they say "well actually you are too expensive for us"
