Good location and nothing as such in the likes section. Message to management: You need to take care of your employees. Train your HR executive

Dislikes

This is a family-run business hence there is no good management here. Micromanaged company. Clarify each and everything before joining. - Zero opportunities to upscale and promotion, seniors with their comfortzone of years here will not help grow and will take all your work credit. - Poor infrastructure - No amenities, bad cafeteria, average employee comfort outside work. - The CEO will interfere in your work as if there are no team leads or managers. - All seniors are are great micro managers who will be good at your face and play behind your back. - No proper HRMS system being a IT company. - Average salary hike is 10-12 percent and max 20 if you have full ratings. - HRs are un-professional here, senior HR lead guy is bad in communicating and management puppet, he needs to groom himself and Lear HR total noob. Non-professional, will watch on your work time, not take your side, etc. - Till the date of joining they will not provide you an offer letter with the fear that the joinee may not show up. - They can expel you anytime they want without any prior notice. - you cannot raise voice against any senior for their bad bebehaviourf done you will be expelled as they will create your bad image. - The salary date is 10th of every month. - There not a single festive celebration nor RnR. - Frequent layoff is there if any project is lost....Read More

All the colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Time flexibility is here so some time you can go for office bi late after some of your personal work.

Dislikes

Work in digital marketing filed is very monotonous here. It is very much boaring to do the same tasks for many ears. Organization management wont thing about you. they wont assign you the new task even if you are eager to work, eager to learn something new. Too much politics is here. There are some special employees close to managerand team leaders they will always get special treatments even they dont have capability. Joining this organization is like playing a gamble with your career....Read More
