Non-professional, will watch on your work time, not take your side, etc. - Till the date of joining they will not provide you an offer letter with the fear that the joinee may not show up. - They can expel you anytime they want without any prior notice. - you cannot raise voice against any senior for their bad bebehaviourf done you will be expelled as they will create your bad image. - The salary date is 10th of every month. - There not a single festive celebration nor RnR. - Frequent layoff is there if any project is lost.
