Very low salary, STUPID Managers who think they are very good but they are selfish, gridy. No promotion, Very poor work culture. Worst HR with no sympathy towards employees. Very poor incentive, very poor management.

You will get to learn new things because most of the backend work will be done on store, On time salary

Dislikes

Work pressure, Micromanagement, No job Security, Worst incentive plan, No timing you will spend 10-11 hours daily with 15-20 min break overall.

There is no Professionalism. team members are not mature or they don't have any skills like...Hw to speak with their senior as I worked as a Sr. Customer Support Officer over there or collegues in from of senior. They don't have any management. apart from these there are lots of things witch is not good for growth of company or employee so overall I haven't learnt anything good from this organisation.

Good team work and we all work in family culture but need to be more understanding to growing concern.

Dislikes

Need more responsibility to be fixed on senior division to take calls to groom business. FWRPL reqiured to work on Budget/Ebidta and gross margin.
