No work life balance Not get salary on time ( they not give pending salary) Most employees are freshes No proper management You can become managers in 2 to 3 month Want to work till night, and they think it is normal

Average salary with respect to position and experience. Salary pending upto 6 months. Reimbursement pending upto 1 year. Appraisal in each 6 month but due to salary pending no use of appraisal.high work pressure.no innovation. No career growth.no social life.internal politics with high authority.no job security.
