I like everything at futuregroup i was working in west zone store all zonal employee help to each store and very friendly and kalm nature very helpful persons working overe there over all a good experience and environment with future group.

Dislikes

The only dislike is that i was working there 8 years i got promotions but i didnt get salary growth as per expectations.

Pathetic work environment and culture there is no security of money and during covid they only giving salary of 20 days and also do not have fixed date to give there salary even though i am also waiting for my salary from last 2 months. No hike no bonus and forcing for sale membership cards and pressures alot

There is a lot of politics and the management dosn’t address our issues. Totally dislike the work experience and everything related to this company

...dge from this company. Company policies is helpful and friendly for the staffs. Every year appraisal done and salary hike 8 to 10 %.

I like there tevammates behavior there everyone work like familere person.There 100% job security not any information company not leave his employees.career growth is very good in this company every years career growth of employees.

Thia company is opeb to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a partof a team that marketa reliable, high quality products and has cleint base.

Compensation is ok however growth is slow. Thw work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have yo work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to complete given task
