I like many reasons for this company. Salary time to time Puja bonus.give the extra facility loan . Medical facilities with family. Increase salary every year 15% to 30 %. If give me change I will join again this company. This is my opportunity.

Salary issue and No technical growth in this company. Employee have to take responsibilities his job role and others profile. No job security if you get any escalation from Client you will be terminate within 48 hrs.

Nothing. Worst Director (Mr. Avijit Sinha). Can come home at anytime.

...were outside during the disaster time but I was honest and sincere with my work. But still then also I was not reimbursed with my claims since inception even my salary for 2 months were not credited by the company. Such a pity to tell. From the inception time itself I was not trained properly and was left on the field with books on my backs all along still I did not gave up and carried on with the given work. Being a fresher it was very difficult to manage. I was given a target of 5 Crore and 60 Lakhs which I had to achieve in just 2 months. For a Fresher like me it was very difficult but still I didnot gave up and continued to give my level best. DO NOT JOIN.

No This company shows like a big company but actually this is not. because poor salary structure and frequently terminate employee. no job security to this company. also big politics within seniors for that no growth level for employee.
