There is almost no job security and HR support is vey less. Always need to extend the working hours and when asked HR for an O.T then HR responds with the O.T is common in I.T field hence you will not get an O.T.

No job security it depends upon your project requirement and frequently release from client projects and salary is good.

They didn't support properly unable to connect with staff and HR for help and I was not getting my paid leave amount. So many times I tried to connect on emails but they didn't respond even i tried to connect with call and messeges no one will respond and that amount is still was not given by company.

...ent is ok ...but payroll company is nt maintain the employee appraisal record...evry year employee has to mail like begger to increase the salary and appriasal mail

During the activity, finding system within the organisation & installing or re installing the standard applications used by company. Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. Giving resolution with in the time frame. When you give the resolution with in the time frame

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future.
