...ent is ok ...but payroll company is nt maintain the employee appraisal record...evry year employee has to mail like begger to increase the salary and appriasal mail

Everything. No Future in this FFI Pvt. Ltd. They are simply hiring you for 3rd party role by reducing cost. Engineer is respectable job. But Company like these make it so terrible.

Salary was on time, mostly 5-6 of every month.

Dislikes

They are Business associate for TCS,so as BA you will be absorbed but if you don't fit the criteria of TCS then you will be released from project and neither the HR or anyone will inform you. Better make good rapport with project manager. HR never take calls in last one year I have spoken thrice with HR that too multiple rings. Individual medical benefits , nothing for parents.

Future focus is manpower company which provides the employees to work in other company's jobs as per their requirements

...ndor company so as per client recommendation it takes action with the employees. They are only managing the salary part of the employees.
